Recession and sales

Ok, most people say how the coming recession or at least downturn in economy will kill sales.

Even though luxury sales are most likely affected big time, I have seen low end products selling very well at the moment.
It may not last for long, but post-chrtistmas, I have seen very nice increase in sales and conversions.
People have not been affected that much at least yet, when most still have their jobs and they have actually more money spend on something as prices on everything are going down, ecspecially gas prices.
It may not last for long, but I am very happy at the moment.

Google PR Update

Just noticed that few days ago Google made new PR update. A lot of people have been waiting that for ages. I had some luck, few of my PR4 sites climbed up to PR5, but my only PR6 site dropped down to PR5.
Everyone knows that PR and ranking high doesnt come hand in hand anymore.
But high PR is still good for selling links. And of course good backlinks always means higher rankings and traffic.
So, go build your backlinks now, next update will be at unknown time, most likely in around 3-4 months.
